Developed in the Speedo Aqualab, working with the world’s top elite swimmers, the new Speedo competition swimsuits offer a unique combination of fabric, design and construction. With more than 80 years of developing the most advanced textile swim suits, these products are designed to be faster, lighter and more powerful than the swimsuit brands.
Speedo LZR Racer Elite
In-line with FINA 2010 rule changes Speedo has comprehensively re-engineered their premium competition suit. The LZR Elite range utilises a fully bonded construction (the LZR Racer was the world’s first fully bonded competition swimsuit). The LZR Elite features Speedo’s unique 3D engineered pattern for optimum fit and exclusive ultra-lightweight low drag LZR Pulse fabric, the ELITE range is Speedo’s most advanced race suit line. The Speedo LZR Racer Elite is available now from D&J Sports Swim Shop.
Speedo Racer Pro
The LZR Pro range features a high durability variant of the LZR Pulse fabric and the same 3D pattern as the ELITE series. The low-profile, high-strength stitched seam construction combine to provide a highly durable competition suit with low-drag and advanced fit. The Speedo LZR Racer Pro will be available in early 2010.
LZR Racer Comp
Engineered with Speedo’s unique 3D pattern for optimum fit, the COMP range features Speedo’s new water-repellent, quick-drying Endurance fabrication. The water-repellent and quick-drying properties of Endurance mean that COMP suits will dry quickly between races, while it’s chlorine-resistant properties make it a durable training suit. The LZR Racer Comp suit is currently undergoing final testing in the Speedo Aqualab, the LZR Racer Comp suits will be available in mid-2010.

5 11 2009The new 2010 Speedo LZR Elite suits are now available for preordering. The Speedo LZR Elite will be the replacement for the Speedo LZR Racer. It uses the same LZR Pulse fabric as both the LZR Racer and the Speedo FS-Pro swimsuits do. Plus it has bonded seams just like the LZR Racer. Which reduce drag and create a more streamline suit. The new Speedo LZR Elite suit is available in 2 female styles including the Recordbreaker and the recordbreaker knee suit. The male style is the Speedo LZR Elite jammer. Order yours today for delivery estimated sometime in mid to late December 2009. Just in time for the 2010 championship racing season. Announcing Speedo’s Newest Racing Suit
28 10 2009The next evolution in racing is about to hit the market starting in November. Speedo has released the timeline for the new swimsuits delivery and the new Speedo racing suits that are set to replace the banned Speedo LZR Racer swimsuits.

Speedo, the world’s leading swimwear brand, has announced that its new generation of performance swimwear inspired by the Speedo LZR Racer suit has been approved by FINA. The range is fully compliant with the new FINA rules that come into effect from January 2010.
The Speedo LZR Racer Elite suit, Speedo LZR Racer Pro suit and Speedo LZR Racer Comp suit will be phased-in to the market from November 2009, January 2010 and mid-2010, respectively, with supply increasing as our manufacturing capacity allows.
This is Speedo’s most comprehensive and technically advanced range of performance swimwear to date and caters for every level of competitive swimming.
